We are located at 2535 Major MacKenzie Drive West, Unit #7, on the south side of Major Mac.
The clinic is in the St. Phllips/old Price Chopper plaza (Maple Plaza) between the intersections of Jane and Keele street.
Within the plaza, we are located between the Pizza Nova and the Bank of Montreal

From the Jane/Major Mac intersection, head east on Major MacKenzie towards Keele. We are located on the right side, just past Avro Street.
From the Keele/Major Mac intersection, head west on Major MacKenzie towards Jane. We are located on the left side, just after Netherford Street.
